The public can check the calendar to see if the hall is available or to see what events are scheduled.   Contact Bonnie if you are interested in renting the hall.  You can reserve the hall for a tentative date.  You will have 10 days from the date you tentatively reserved the hall to get your signed rental contract and rental fees to Bonnie. .  If the contract and rent payment is not received within 10 days your tentative reservation is cancelled, and the hall is open for others to rent it.
